Horizontal Cartridge Dust Collectors
The Horizontal Cartridge Filtration System is a hanging, horizontally mounted collector designed for ambient air filtration, and localized air filtration with the ducted option. These powerful, hassle-free units are equipped with a self-cleaning cartridge filter system. The self-cleaning system cleans the filters with a quick pulse of compressed air, which is controlled either by an operator or an optional automatic system. The automatic self-cleaning system is able to detect when the filters need cleaning and automatically activates the air pulse for an even more hands-free experience.
These dust collection systems are available in both an ambient style, which excells at ambient air filtration, and a ducted version, which can utilize ducting to filter the air in specific locations.
Some of the system highlights include:
- Filters dry dust, fumes, and general airborne dry particulate
- HEPA-like ‘Nano’ cartridges provide 960 ft2 of filter area that can achieve 99.97% efficiency
- Unique self-cleaning pulse jet system

- Collar mount plates: for ducted units to run hard ducting to the collector
